Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original tactical packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
